Product Description

Solid Rigid Centralizer is specially designed to minimize unwanted removal of well cake and to run the casing easily. It is ideal for highly deviated or horizontal wells. In other words, it is absolutely appropriate for Liner Hanger.

Solid-body Welded Centralizers have vanes that are welded to a continuous steel sleeve. The ribs, or blades, may be straight or angled (spiral-vane) to provide flow diversion. Ribs provide sufficient contact with the wellbore to provide centralization but prevent wall sticking. They can be installed stationary to the casing (set screws) or free to rotate. Length of movement is determined by placement of stop devices or length of casing joints.
 

Rounded vanes slide smoothly over wellbore wall restrictions.

Can be used in well designs where casing reciprocation and/or rotation is required.

Spiral vanes promote fluid agitation to improve displacement of drilling fluids during cementing.

Available with spiral and straight vanes.

Available in a variety of sizes and outside diameters.
