Heavy duty slip on stop collars with set screws
Slip on stop collar(also called heavy duty stop collar) is made from seamless steel pipe.We have integral punching slip on stop collar,not made from steel pipe,made from steel plate and then processed by punching machines,then the two ends welded.From the appearance it is like slip on stop collar made from steel pipe,but it is made from steel plate and light weight.A row of screws can make stop collar tighten on the casing,our screws are hexagon and then we will give you tool to install the hexagon.The slip on stop collar can pass the casing by beveled edge

5. Application
Stop collar is used to hold centralizers or cement baskets on any position of casing, which ensures the positions of centralizers or cement basket to meet the design.
6. Installation and Use Method
1) When use fixed screw stop collars, set into the casing firstly, then insert screws and type in with a hammer.
2) When use mobile screw stop collars, set into the casing firstly, and then using a wrench to tighten the screws.
3) When use buckle stop collars, buckle onto the casing directly, and then lock with pin and knocked into the screws.
