These centralizers are specially designed for horizontal wells and high deviated. The heavy steel construction provides superior toughness to other materials.
Wide symmetrical fins are smoothly beveled on one and the other ends to have lower coefficient of friction and to ease casing movement in either direction. Fins designs also resist high side load.
Spirally Fins are welded to the one piece rolled formed End Collar under required temperature and condition with extra low Hydrogen coated Electrodes, which assured strength and uniformity in every weld. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other alloy.
Vanes can be selected to meet hole dia from a choice of seven boat profile depths. Fins create vortex flow to help mud displacement and reduce pressure drop across the centralizer. Straight blades to allow moving through unexpected under gauge open hole. These centralizers are shipped assembled condition only.
These centralizers undergo a special coating process to restrict from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder.
