3. Introduction
Float equipment (float collar and float shoe) are used in well cementing.
Float collars are placed one to three joints above the guide shoe or float shoe. They provide a seat for the cement plugs, the bottom plug pumped ahead of the cement and the top plug behind the full volume of slurry.
Float shoes contain a backpressure valve that prevents fluids from entering the casing while the pipe is lowered into the hole and prevents cement from flowing back into the casing after placement, while enabling circulation down through the casing.

1) All inner parts are made of easily drillable aluminum alloy;
2) The device can be connected directly to same type casing;
3) Reliable back-pressure leak proof structure, enable grout or slurry flow with less resistance;
4) Valve seat and valve disk can effectively prevent grout from flowing back;

Features
Reduce the amount of cement-
Traditional displacement requires calculation of excess cement coefficient.
When using the penetration method, the excess cement needs to be no larger than the volume of the drill pipe.
No need for a big plug.

Protection casing-In the extrusion operation, the cementing pressure is limited to the drill pipe.

The cement continues to be stirred and pumped until the cement returns to the ground.

Reduced cement/mud interface area and high flow velocity in the drill pipe minimize cement
The shorter pumping time eliminates the need for cement retarders.
