ROLLER CENTRALIZERS

CASING ROLLER CENTRALIZER Consists of rigid body, on which machined Straight Blades and spiral blades. There are modified alloy steel, fully heat treated rollers fixed on every Straight or spiral blades. Because of rigid body and rolling friction between the rollers and inside of well or casing, the capability of the roller Centralizer is better than others of all. Roller centralizers are mainly used for big high Roller, high deviated wells and horizontal wells, to centre casings
These Centralizers are available in Aluminium Alloy, Zinc Alloy and Steel Alloy and can be chosen on the basis of well requirements.

Low Drag Roller Centralizer
Low Drag Roller Centralizer have rollers fixed on centralizer vanes such that the axis of centralizer is perpendicular to the axis of rollers. The Roller Outer diameter is slightly larger than the centralizer body outer diameter. The rollers reduces considerably the drag forces due to low friction coefficient between wellbore and centralizer.
Low Torque Roller Centralizer
Low Torque Roller Centralizers are roller centralizers having rollers on vanes such that the direction of the axis of the roller and the centralizer is same. These rollers make contact with casing walls and reduce the torque forces required for rotation.
Low Drag Low Torque Roller Centralizer
Low Drag Low Torque Roller Centralizer combines the features of Low Drag as well as Low Torque Roller Centralizer. It reduces both Drag as well as torque and provides extremely good performance in horizontal and deviated wells.
