API Zinc Alloy Rigid Centralizer for Casing

5. Application:
Casing centralizers are used to help center the casing in wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around casing during cementing operations.

6. Characteristics:
1) Characteristics of Non-sparkling which aluminum or steel centralizers do not have.
2) High shock, impact Resistance.
3) Higher tensile and yield strength.
4) Anti-corrosion.

7. Installation
Rigid centralizers can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating.
