Hydraulic two stage collar for oilwell cementing

1. Introduction
DV tool is a special tool used to complete the cementing operation in two times. Mainly used in the following circumstances, it mainly consists of two-stage coupling (body), shut-off baffle, first-stage plug and closing plug. Free-fall opening plug is available upon request


2. Characteristics
1. Excessive injection of cement at one shot.
2. The formation cannot bear the gigantic fluid pressure.
3. Packoff special strata.
4. Avoid the occurrence of annual air channeling after the cementing job.
5. The considerable temperature difference between the upper and lower section makes it rather difficult to adjust the slurry performance.
6. Two-stage cementing for deviated and horizontal wells

4. Storage, Transportation and Maintenance
1. The product should be stored in a dry warehouse with a flat ground, the accessories should be kept away from rain, sunshine and exposure of sea water.  
2. Make sure not to unpack or remove the plastic bags unless you need it to work.
3. Handle with care, no deformation should occur due to dropping or collision during convey.  
4. Storage time should not exceed 2 years.
