FIG 200 Hammer Union

 

- FIG 200 Hammer Union has a compact structure and it is widely used in low-pressure well killing pipelines. It can be used with the requirements of air, water, oil or steam applications in the medium pressure range.
- Threaded ends and butt welded ends are available;
- Metal to metal sealing surface;
- Can be used for butt welding schemes 40 and 80.

FIG 602 Hammer Union

 

Equipped with weak nitrile rubber sealing ring, FIG 602 Hammer Union is used to seal and protect the union of union steel. It is recommended for manifold pipeline connection, vehicle-mounted and mud conveying occasions. It can also be used for non-pressure sealing union. Butt welded Sch.80 is adopted.

Type 602: 6000PSI NSCWP; Test pressure: 9000PSI; Black nut and orange part.

 

FIG 1502 Hammer Union

FIG 1502 Hammer Union is designed to connect mud tanks immediately without having to deal with flange connections. If the storage tank is not aligned in the correct way, the necessary hammer union can still be used to ensure an absolute leak-free seal. FIG 1502 Hammer Union usually consists of three parts: male, female and nut.

Specification
They are provided with the replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing ring and designed for high pressure system with the solid wall thickness.
FIG 1502 Hammer Union is recommended for cementing, crushing, acidifying, testing and blocking and kill line, and it can also be used for non-pressure sealed connection. Butt-welded Sch XXH is adopted.

Type 1502: 1500PSI NSCWP; Test pressure: 22500PSI; Blue nut and red part.
