API Drilling Tools Slip on Welded Bow Spring Casing Centralizer
The operation, overall design, features and characteristics of the welding sliding sleeve of the spring bow centralizer are the same as those of the hinged welding centralizer.
The collar is specially designed with roll-formed peripheral ridges to provide extra rigidity.
The sliding sleeve centralizer can be directly installed on the pipeline through the sliding sleeve, and can provide positioning screws to eliminate the stop ring.
They are only shipped in assembled state.
These centralizers can be used with bow combinations and can be selected from seven standard bow heights to achieve the best starting and restoring force.
These centralizers are treated with a special iron phosphate coating to prevent rust, and then coated with special polyester powder.
If necessary, the hinge design allows the end ring to be locked on the housing by a stop ring for easy installation. The centralizer should preferably be installed on the retaining ring to facilitate pulling the tool out of the borehole. In cased hole or open hole applications, the non-welded design provides reliable downhole performance. Bows and arrows can provide the maximum support distance to achieve effective replacement of mud and cement.
