Sucker Rod Centralizer (Guide)

Sucker rod centralizer (guide) is a kind of petroleum tool, used in pumping well, to protect sucker rod from wiping with tubing pipe.  Sucker rod centralizers (guides) can be divided into roller type, slider type, automatic reversing type and so on according to the structure.

Sucker rod centralizer (guide) bears the pressures from many directions when the sucker rod enters the oil well, and different pressures may affect its centralizing function.

The new sucker rod centralizer is made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). It can reduce the pressures, and it has the following features:
• Simple structure;
• Firm and durable;
• Strong centralizing force;
• Can overcome the defect of seam slippage of the welded centralizer;
• Can ensure the quality of drilling and cementing.
