The slip on welded spirolizer is specially designed for casing concentration in highly deviated and horizontal wells. The steel structure ensures extra strength and excellent toughness. The design of the blades can provide minimal friction, thereby reducing the resistance when running in the pipeline. At the required temperature and conditions, using the correct grade of electrode, the spiral blade of the Spirolizer is firmly welded to the outside of the slide-in end collar.

The wide and symmetrical radiating fins are smoothly cut into beveled angles at both ends to reduce the friction coefficient and simplify the movement of the case in any direction. The heat sink design can also withstand higher side loads. Under the required temperature and conditions, through the use of extremely low hydrogen-coated electrodes, the spirally oriented fins are welded to the one-piece rolled tail ring to ensure the final strength and uniformity of each welding. Steel structure has higher toughness than other materials
You can choose a blade that meets any hole diameter from seven boat-shaped profile depths.


Features

This  spirolizer is available in R/H, L/H lateral spiral blades and straight blades, which can resist high side loads. The slip on welded spirolizer is only shipped in the assembled state.

The spin coater undergoes special anti-rust treatment before powder coating.

The size of the slip on welded spirolizer is 3½" to 13 3/8".
